The Village of Woldingham | Wedding Photography in Surrey | Olivia and Sam
The last 12 months have been so hectic! So as the popular summer wedding photography season draws to a close it’s time to spend some time looking at my blog! I am currently reviewing a wedding I delivered from the early autumn of last year and I have a real treat for you… Sam and Olivia were married in the beautiful church of St. Pauls in the village of Woldingham in Surrey. You might remember their pre-wedding in Battersea Park
I started out with Olivia’s preparations just a few miles from the church and then met Sam at the Church. A beautiful marquee wedding reception followed. A wedding I will always remember – such a lot of fun and warmth from start to finish. Speaking of which… the day was rounded off with a fantastic band ( the amazing Belle and the Dots) playing all evening with the sort of energy on the dance floor which my camera and I love so much! Here’s a selection of my favourite images which tell the story of the day.
A bit of fizz!
I love playing with camera angles and mirrors during wedding preparations
St Pauls is one of Surrey’s most beautiful churches
The village green in Woldingham – perfect for some quiet time for Olivia and Sam
Shooting from an upstairs window and super wide angle lens (and more importantly a bit of polite instruction!), you can get the entire wedding party in frame!
John’s bar, dedicated to Olivia’s Father
Two cakes – sweet and savoury 🙂
Sam and his audience – no pressure!
… and the amazing Belle and the Dots get the party started!
